Building an AI-enabled operating system for a growing business
A growing business needed one connected way to run CRM, clients, projects, events, learning, marketing, team access and reporting while creating the right foundation for AI assistants and automation.
The situation
The challenge
As the business grew, important information and work were spread across different tools and conversations. The challenge was not another dashboard. It was creating a connected operating system with clear sources of truth, roles, access and governance.
The response
What we did
Designed and built a Supabase-led operating system connecting CRM, projects and tasks, client delivery, events, pathways, marketing and campaigns, team permissions, dashboards, resources, governance and AI assistants. Different users see the right view of the same underlying business information.
The system is being developed as a living AI-enabled operating model: data and context are structured first, access and governance are explicit, and assistants are added where they can support real work without replacing human ownership.
